Help
Getting started with SeeBuyGet: which app is yours, signing up, signing in, getting back in, and a parcel you are waiting for. The help for working in an app is inside that app, under “Help”.
Most asked
- Sign in to the Send appYou do not need to sign in to get a price or track a parcel. To send, sign in with your phone and a PIN you choose.
- Follow a parcel you bought from a shopWe do not text you about a parcel. Sign up with the phone number you gave the shop, and the parcel shows in your account.
- Report a problem with a parcelBroken, opened or wrong goods are reported with a photograph: by the receiver from the Send app, or by the shop at its counter. SeeBuyGet does not judge a claim or pay one. It makes a damage claim report on the spot — the record of who held the parcel and when, with the photographs — for the claimant to hand to an insurer.
- Get back in, or change your phone numberYour account is your phone number. Settings is where you keep your recovery email and move the account to a new number. “Help”, at the bottom of the sign-in screen, opens “Trouble signing in?”: the way back when the number is gone.
- Which app, and what you sign in withEvery app has its own sign-in, because the people using them hold different things.
- Sign in to the Driver appUse the phone number you signed up with, or the one your fleet registered for you, and your 5-digit PIN. Your driver ID alone does not sign you in.
