Follow a parcel you bought from a shop

We do not text you about a parcel. Sign up with the phone number you gave the shop, and the parcel shows in your account.
Steps
On the shop’s page, once you have the delivery price, tap Sign up to follow it. It opens the Send app in a new tab; your checkout stays where it is.
Type your phone number — the same one you give the shop — then the code we send you, and choose a 5-digit PIN. The first time, you also add a recovery email.
Open My parcels. When the shop has sent your parcel it is there: where it is now, when it is ready, and the code to show at the counter.
It does not matter which comes first. Sign up before the shop sends it and it appears when they do; sign up afterwards and it is already waiting.
Nothing there? Check which number the shop has for you. A parcel sent to another number is in the account on that number, not in yours.
Why
For a store: the invitation is part of the shipping widget and appears under the price by itself. It works because your shipment carries the buyer’s mobile number.
