Run your vehicles and drivers on the network
A SeeBuyGet fleet office runs vehicles and drivers on the network. In the SeeBuyGet Fleet app it takes orders from shippers, plans which vehicle takes which, and puts each load on a driver.
How it works
- Sign the fleet up on the SeeBuyGet site with the phone number of the person who runs it, a PIN you choose, the company’s registration, transport operator’s licence and tax numbers, and its depot.
- Send a photograph of each of the four papers. SeeBuyGet staff read them against what was typed, and email the company when they have been checked.
- Once the papers are approved, SeeBuyGet contacts the fleet about its refundable operating bond. When the bond is recorded, the fleet is active.
- Open the SeeBuyGet Fleet app with your phone number and PIN: take drivers on, plan which vehicle takes which orders, and put loads on drivers.
What you need
- Four papers: the certificate of business registration, the transport operator’s licence, the owner’s ID and proof of the company’s address.
- A refundable operating bond, recorded once the papers are approved.
- A phone or a laptop for the SeeBuyGet Fleet app. Each person in the fleet office signs in with their own phone number and PIN.
Questions
How does a driver join a SeeBuyGet fleet?
The fleet office adds a new driver in the SeeBuyGet Fleet app. A driver who is already on SeeBuyGet joins a fleet only when it offers them a place and they say yes in the Driver app.
What does a SeeBuyGet fleet do with orders its own vehicles cannot take?
It offers them to the fleets it works with first. What no partner takes can go on the open freight board, where any carrier on SeeBuyGet may take it.
Does SeeBuyGet handle payments between a shipper and a fleet?
No. A price between a shipper and a fleet is a quotation in SeeBuyGet; the payment is between the two of them.
