# SeeBuyGet — the whole of it, as plain text > SeeBuyGet at a glance, the page for each kind of reader, and every help article. Each part begins with its address. # SeeBuyGet at a glance SeeBuyGet is a parcel network of neighbourhood shops, drivers and sort hubs. A parcel is sent from a shop and collected at a shop with a code, so nobody needs a street address. ## How sending a parcel with SeeBuyGet works - Choose the shop to send from and the shop the parcel is collected at, and see the price. No account is needed to see it. - Drop the parcel at the sending shop and pay there. The parcel is photographed when the shop takes it in. - SeeBuyGet drivers carry it and sort hubs sort it between routes. Every step shows on its tracking page. - The receiver finds the parcel and its collection code in the SeeBuyGet Send app, on the phone number it was sent to. SeeBuyGet sends no text about a parcel. - At the shop the receiver shows the code and the parcel is handed over. Nobody without the code can collect a SeeBuyGet parcel. ## Who SeeBuyGet is for - Earn from parcels at your shop: Take in and hand out parcels from your counter. - Carry parcels on the road you already drive: Fill your empty space. Get paid per load. - Run your vehicles and drivers on the network: Run vehicles and drivers on the network. - Run a sort hub for the network: Sort parcels between routes for the network. - Click-and-collect for your online store: Ship your orders to a shop the buyer picks. - Freight for shippers, importers and agents: The SeeBuyGet Business app is for shippers, importers, expeditors, clearing agents and container yards. A business posts loads to carriers, orders under its contracts and keeps every consignment note. ## Where SeeBuyGet runs SeeBuyGet reaches as far as the shops, riders, sort hubs and fleets that join it. ## What a SeeBuyGet parcel costs The price of a SeeBuyGet parcel depends on its size and the distance between the two shops. It is shown before you send, with no account, and you pay at the counter. ## How SeeBuyGet keeps parcels safe - SeeBuyGet shops and drivers are ID-checked, and every shop, hub, fleet and rider in no fleet signs a security declaration when they join and again every year. - A SeeBuyGet parcel is photographed when it is taken in and when it is handed out. - Only the receiver’s code releases a SeeBuyGet parcel. - A SeeBuyGet consignment note can be checked for authenticity on the SeeBuyGet front page. ## Who you deal with Where SeeBuyGet has a company registered in the country, you contract with that company, and each SeeBuyGet app shows under Settings which one it is and its licences. Where SeeBuyGet has no company in the country yet, SeeBuyGet only matches: you join, find loads and move goods on the same records, and agree the price with whoever you carry for and settle it with them directly. ## Help, and writing to SeeBuyGet Every SeeBuyGet app has the same help, one page for each question. When the help does not answer it, write to SeeBuyGet: a member of staff answers by email. The help centre · Write to us ## For AI assistants and search engines A short plain summary of SeeBuyGet is at llms.txt, and these pages with the whole help as plain text at llms-full.txt. llms.txt · llms-full.txt --- # Earn from parcels at your shop A SeeBuyGet shop takes in parcels from senders and hands them out to receivers at its own counter. A SeeBuyGet shop earns a fee on every parcel it takes in or hands out. Sign up your shop ## How it works - Sign the shop up on the SeeBuyGet site with its phone number and the owner’s details, then send the shop’s papers from the Shop app. It takes a few minutes. - SeeBuyGet checks the shop’s papers. Once they are approved, the shop takes parcels. - At the counter, the SeeBuyGet Shop app scans each parcel in, photographs it and gives it a slot on the shop’s shelves. - A receiver shows their code, and the shop hands the parcel over. What the shop earned is in the Shop app’s records. ## What you need - A phone with Android 10 or newer, for the SeeBuyGet counter app. - Power at the shop all day. - A trading licence, and the owner’s national ID. ## Questions **How much does a SeeBuyGet shop earn?** A SeeBuyGet shop earns a fee on every parcel it takes in or hands out. The fees are set for each country, and what the shop earned is in the Shop app’s records. **How many parcels does a new SeeBuyGet shop hold?** Where the SeeBuyGet company of the country has set a limit, a new shop holds at most so many parcels at once. The limit grows with every parcel the shop hands on, and goes once it has handed on enough. **Can the people who work at the counter use the SeeBuyGet Shop app?** Yes. Each person at a SeeBuyGet counter signs in as themselves, with their own phone and PIN, and what each one does is kept under their name. Help for this --- # Carry parcels on the road you already drive SeeBuyGet drivers carry parcels and loads between shops, sort hubs and businesses, and are paid per load. You can ride for yourself on a bicycle or a motorcycle, or drive for a fleet that takes you on. Sign up to drive ## How it works - Sign up on the SeeBuyGet site with your phone number, your full name and your national ID, and choose the PIN you open the Driver app with. - Riding for yourself, send a photo of your ID from the SeeBuyGet Driver app. Driving for a fleet, the fleet offers you a place and you say yes in the app. - Claim work in the Driver app, take each parcel or load on at pickup, and record who received it at delivery. - A SeeBuyGet driver is paid per load carried. ## What you need - A phone, to sign in to the SeeBuyGet Driver app with your number and a PIN. - Your national ID. - For a vehicle on the road: its insurance and inspection papers and your driving licence, kept up to date in the Driver app. ## Questions **Do I need a fleet to drive for SeeBuyGet?** No, not to ride a bicycle or a motorcycle for yourself. Until SeeBuyGet has seen a photo of your ID, you carry only a few parcels at a time; that limit grows as you hand parcels on. **How long may a SeeBuyGet driver drive?** The SeeBuyGet Driver app keeps to a shift limit and a rest between shifts, and says by the clock how long is left. **What does a SeeBuyGet driver do when the police or customs stop the vehicle?** Report it in the Driver app. The load is marked as held, SeeBuyGet operations are told, and the driver is shown the country’s desk number to call. Help for this --- # Run a sort hub for the network A SeeBuyGet sort hub sorts parcels between routes, in bags closed on coded seals. A SeeBuyGet sort hub earns a fee on every parcel it sorts. Sign up your hub ## How it works - Sign the hub up on the SeeBuyGet site with its name, the zones it serves, its location and a phone number checked by a code. - SeeBuyGet checks the hub’s papers. Until the hub is approved, it works for nobody. - In the SeeBuyGet Hub app, receive each bag by its seal, sort the parcels, and close the outgoing bags on new seals. - The people on the hub’s floor sign in as themselves, and what each one does is kept under their name. ## What you need - The hub’s papers, sent for approval. - A phone or tablet for the SeeBuyGet Hub app. The hub’s sign-in works only on the hub’s own phones and browsers. ## Questions **What does a SeeBuyGet sort hub earn?** A SeeBuyGet sort hub earns a fee on every parcel it sorts. The fees are set for each country. **What does a SeeBuyGet hub do with a seal that is not as written?** The hub holds the bag and reports it in the Hub app, with the number it read and a photo. SeeBuyGet operations are told before anyone takes the bag on. Help for this --- # Click-and-collect for your online store A SeeBuyGet store ships each order to the neighbourhood shop its buyer picks, and the buyer collects it there with a code. A SeeBuyGet store needs no couriers of its own. Sign up your store ## How it works - Sign the store up on the SeeBuyGet site with its name, its country, an email and password, and a phone number checked by a code. - Put SeeBuyGet in your checkout: the buyer picks a shop and sees the delivery price. - For each order, print a label from the SeeBuyGet Store app, or from your own system through the SeeBuyGet shipping API. - The buyer follows the parcel in the SeeBuyGet Send app and collects it with a code. ## What you need - An email address and a password for the store’s account. - A phone number for the store: new phones and browsers are confirmed by a code to it. - A label printer, or plain paper. ## Questions **Do buyers of a SeeBuyGet store need an address?** No. A buyer picks a SeeBuyGet shop at checkout and collects the parcel there with a code. **Can a SeeBuyGet store use its own barcodes?** Yes. A store with its own GS1 prefix can print its own GS1 barcodes on SeeBuyGet labels. **Does SeeBuyGet have an API for stores?** Yes: the SeeBuyGet shipping API, with a publishable key for the store’s web page and a secret key for its server. Help for this --- # Freight for shippers, importers and agents The SeeBuyGet Business app is for shippers, importers, expeditors, clearing agents and container yards. A business posts loads to carriers, orders under its contracts and keeps every consignment note. Open the Business app ## How it works - Open the SeeBuyGet Business app and sign in with your own phone number and PIN. - Post a load for carriers, or order from a carrier you have a contract with. - Every load has its consignment note: download it, or pass it on by a link. - Bring your team in: each person signs in as themselves. ## What you need - Your phone number, and a PIN you choose. - Your business’s papers: SeeBuyGet checks them before the business is shown to others. ## Questions **Does SeeBuyGet handle payments between a business and a carrier?** No. A price between a business and a carrier is a quotation in SeeBuyGet; the payment is between the two of them, and the business can mark it as paid. **Does SeeBuyGet have an API for businesses?** Yes. A business key lets the business’s own systems post loads and read their papers. Help for this --- # Terms of use Version 1, published Oct 25, 2026 These terms are the agreement between you and SeeBuyGet when you use its apps and its network — as a sender or a receiver, a shop, a sort hub, a driver, a fleet, an online store or a business. They say what SeeBuyGet does, what it does not do, and what each side may expect of the other. ## Who you agree with - SeeBuyGet is a network of shops, sort hubs, drivers and fleets that carries parcels and freight, and the apps that run it. - In a country where a SeeBuyGet company stands, you agree with that company, and your app names it. - In a country where none stands yet, you agree with SeeBuyGet Group, which provides the apps. No SeeBuyGet company handles money there: what you charge, earn or pay is settled between you and the other party. ## Your account - You give your own, true details when you sign up, and keep them up to date under “Settings”. - Your sign-in is yours alone. Nobody else uses your PIN or your password, and you use nobody else’s. A shop or a sort hub names the people who work its counter in its app, each with a sign-in of their own. - Your PIN works only on a phone or browser that first signed in with a code sent to your number. A shop’s, a sort hub’s and a store’s sign-in works only on its own confirmed phones and browsers. - Before a shop, a sort hub or a fleet takes on work, SeeBuyGet staff check its papers. A driver’s licence is checked for every vehicle that needs one. - Shops, sort hubs, fleets and drivers sign a security declaration in their app when they join, and every year. Nothing new is taken on until it is signed. - When a paper your work depends on runs out, that work stops until a new one is on record. Your app says which paper, and from when. ## What SeeBuyGet does - It records every hand-over of a parcel or a load: when, where, who handed it on, and a photo. Each record is chained to the one before it, so a change made afterwards shows. - It hands a parcel only to the person the app names, against their code — never on a name, a likeness or a phone call. - It shows a price before you agree to it, and says which money it is in. - In a country where a SeeBuyGet company stands, that company charges for its service, and what shops, sort hubs and drivers earn from it is shown in their app. ## What SeeBuyGet does not do - SeeBuyGet insures nothing. A carrier or a store may state its own cover in its app; where none is stated, there is none. - SeeBuyGet does not decide who is to blame when goods are damaged or lost. A problem is reported in the app, with the record of every hand-over, and the damage claim report goes to whoever stated cover for those goods. - SeeBuyGet does not handle payments between businesses. A price two parties agree on the network is a quotation, and they settle it between themselves. - SeeBuyGet opens no parcel, and sends no text message about one. ## What you agree not to do - Send or take in anything dangerous or forbidden, or goods you have no right to send. What you declare about goods is true. - Let somebody else use your sign-in, or use somebody else’s. - Get round a check: a code, a photo, a seal, a paper, or a step that takes two people. - Use SeeBuyGet to harass anybody, or to collect other people’s details. ## When something goes wrong - Report it in your app as soon as you can. A wrap or a seal that is not as it should be is reported at once, and that parcel is held. - SeeBuyGet staff can stop new work for an account that breaks these terms, or whose papers have run out. Every such decision is kept with its reason. - To ask about a decision, or anything else, write to us from the Help pages. ## Your data - What SeeBuyGet keeps about you, who sees it, which other companies handle it and for how long is said in Your data at SeeBuyGet. What is kept in your browser is said under Cookies. ## A country’s own terms - Where a country’s law asks for more, SeeBuyGet adds a text of that country’s own to these terms. Somebody who signs up or works in that country agrees to both, and their app shows both. - A country’s text adds to these terms and does not replace them. Where the two say different things about the same matter, the country’s text applies in that country. - The countries that have a text of their own are listed on this page, under these terms. ## Changes to these terms - Every version of these terms is kept, with its date and what changed. - When a new version is published, you are told in your SeeBuyGet app, with what changed. - When it asks something new of you, your app asks you to agree to it before you go on. Any other change is shown here, with its date. - You can stop using SeeBuyGet at any time. How an account is rested or closed is said in Your data at SeeBuyGet. Write to us about your data --- # Your data at SeeBuyGet Version 1, published Oct 25, 2026 SeeBuyGet keeps what it needs to carry a parcel and to show who handled it at each step. This page says what that is, who can see it, who else handles it, how long it is kept and what you can do. ## What SeeBuyGet keeps - For a parcel, SeeBuyGet keeps the sender’s and the receiver’s phone numbers, the two shops, every step with its time, and the photos taken at each hand-over. - For a shop, driver, sort hub or fleet that works with SeeBuyGet, SeeBuyGet keeps the name, national ID number and phone number of the person responsible, and the papers checked before the first parcel. - For an account, SeeBuyGet keeps the phone number or email address it signs in with, the phones and browsers it was confirmed on, and the day it last signed in. - When you sign up, SeeBuyGet keeps which versions of its terms of use, of this page and of the cookie statement you agreed to — the general ones, and your country’s own where it has any — and when, and again each time you agree to a new version. - The notices in your SeeBuyGet app — a parcel’s steps, word about your account, a new version of these pages — are kept with your account. - During a shift, SeeBuyGet keeps a driver’s latest position, each new one replacing the last. - For freight, SeeBuyGet keeps the consignment note: the sender, the consignee, the goods, the seals and who received them. - When you write to SeeBuyGet, it keeps your email address and your message, to answer you. - A conversation between two parties in a SeeBuyGet app is kept as it was written: nothing in it is edited or deleted. ## What SeeBuyGet does not do - SeeBuyGet shows no advertising, and no analytics or tracking script runs on its pages or in its apps. - SeeBuyGet’s emails carry no open or click tracking. - SeeBuyGet sends no text about a parcel. A text from SeeBuyGet only ever carries a sign-in code, or tells an old payout number that it was replaced. - A photo taken in a SeeBuyGet app has its location and phone details removed on the phone, before it is sent. ## How it is protected - The names, national ID numbers and phone numbers of the people who work with SeeBuyGet are encrypted in its database (AES-256), and each time one is opened, a record of the opening is written first. - PINs and passwords are kept only as a one-way hash: nobody at SeeBuyGet can read them. - A SeeBuyGet PIN works only on a phone or browser that first signed in with a code sent to your number. - Too many wrong tries lock a SeeBuyGet sign-in, for longer each time: 15 minutes, then an hour, 6 hours and 24 hours. - Every SeeBuyGet page and app is served only over HTTPS. - Every hand-over of a SeeBuyGet parcel is chained to the one before it by a fingerprint, so a record changed afterwards shows. - The rest — parcels with their phone numbers, photos, messages — is kept on the SeeBuyGet server without that extra encryption, reachable only through the sign-ins and staff roles on this page. ## Who can see it - You see your own account, and your own parcels, in your SeeBuyGet app. - The shop that takes in or hands out a SeeBuyGet parcel receives that parcel’s record, with the phone numbers on it. - A SeeBuyGet driver sees the loads they carry, and the consignment notes that go with them. - SeeBuyGet staff see what their role needs — support, checking papers, money — and every record a staff member opens by name or number is noted with who opened it. - Some SeeBuyGet staff actions take two people, one asking and a different one approving: creating a staff account, moving an account to another number, and publishing a new version of this page among them. - A conversation in a SeeBuyGet app can be read by its two parties and nobody else, SeeBuyGet staff included, unless one of them reports or shares a message. - A fleet, a business or an online store sees its own drivers, loads or orders in SeeBuyGet, and can have them sent on to systems of its own. ## Other companies that handle it - Cloudflare carries every SeeBuyGet page and app between your phone and the SeeBuyGet server, and protects the site from attacks; what you send, photos included, passes through it. - DigitalOcean rents SeeBuyGet the server its database and photos are kept on, and holds its backups. - When SeeBuyGet sends an email — a sign-in code, a password reset, a notice about your account, an answer to your message, or word that an order is on its way — it goes through ZeptoMail, by Zoho. - When SeeBuyGet texts a sign-in code, it goes through Twilio, and only to a number in a country where SeeBuyGet runs. - A SeeBuyGet notification goes through your phone’s own push service — Google, Apple or Microsoft — encrypted, so that the service cannot read it. - The maps in SeeBuyGet apps are drawn from OpenStreetMap, which sees your internet address and the area on the screen. - When a payment to SeeBuyGet is made by M-Pesa, Safaricom receives the phone number and the amount. - When a dispatcher asks the SeeBuyGet fleet planning adviser something, the question and the loads it is about — plates, shipper names, places, weights and times, never a phone number — go to Claude, by Anthropic. - An address typed to find the nearest SeeBuyGet shops — yours, a receiver’s, or one a store or a shop types for its customer — is looked up on the SeeBuyGet server and by OpenStreetMap’s address service, which sees the address and the SeeBuyGet server’s internet address, not yours; it is kept with no account. A place tapped on the map, or your phone’s own position, stays on your phone. - Cloudflare tells the SeeBuyGet server which country your internet address is in. It only chooses the first country code shown beside a phone number box, which you can change, and nothing keeps it. ## How long it is kept - Photos of a hand-over are deleted 90 days after the parcel’s journey ends. - Photos added to a dispute are deleted 180 days after the dispute is settled. - Photos from a face-and-ID check are deleted 30 days after the decision. - An ID document is kept as long as the account; one that was replaced is deleted 30 days later. - When a photo is deleted, a note that it existed stays with the record — not the photo. - A SeeBuyGet consignment note is deleted 365 days after its load is finished, with a warning 30 days before; its fingerprint stays, so a copy can still be checked. - A message to SeeBuyGet is deleted, with its email address, 180 days after it is closed. - A SeeBuyGet sign-in code lasts 10 minutes by text and 15 minutes by email; a password-reset link lasts 30 minutes. - A phone or browser not used for 90 days stops being one your SeeBuyGet PIN works on. - Parcels and conversations have no deletion date: SeeBuyGet keeps them, as other people’s records too. An account is kept until its owner closes it, which they can once it has gone four years without a sign-in; its personal details are then removed, and parcels and hand-overs keep “closed account” where the person was. - Which versions of these documents you agreed to, and when, is kept as long as the account; so are the notices in your app. - A deleted record can remain in a backup of the SeeBuyGet database until that backup is replaced by a newer one. ## What you can do - In your SeeBuyGet app, under “Settings”, you can change your PIN or password, your recovery email and your phone number. - Under “Settings › Phones and browsers” you can see where your SeeBuyGet PIN works, and forget this phone or all the others. - A change of phone number can be undone for 24 hours, and a change of recovery email is told to the old address. - SeeBuyGet notifications can be turned off on each phone. - A shop, online store or business can download its own SeeBuyGet records, and have a copy sent to storage of its own. - Under “Settings › Mute my account” you can rest your SeeBuyGet account: nothing new reaches it — no notification on your phone, no email beyond codes and your account’s safety, no new work — until you unmute it. Nothing is deleted. - A SeeBuyGet account that has gone four years without a sign-in can be closed by its owner, under “Settings › Close my account”, once nothing is open: SeeBuyGet tells them when it can be. Closing removes their name, ID number, phone number, email and ID photos. To ask what SeeBuyGet holds about you, or to have it corrected, write to us and choose “My data, or closing my account”. ## When this page changes - Every version of this page is kept, with its date and what changed, and can be read back here. - When a new version is published, you are told in your SeeBuyGet app, with what changed. Where a country’s law asks for more, that country has a text of its own as well, listed on this page. Write to us about your data --- # Cookies Version 1, published Oct 25, 2026 SeeBuyGet sets no cookies, runs no analytics and shows no advertising. What its apps keep in your browser instead stays on your phone, and is listed here. ## No cookies, no tracking - SeeBuyGet’s pages and apps set no cookies, and load no script from another website; the fonts are SeeBuyGet’s own copies. - Cloudflare, which carries the SeeBuyGet site, can set a cookie of its own when it checks that a visitor is not an automated attack; an ordinary visit gets none. - Signing in to a SeeBuyGet app uses no cookie: the app holds your sign-in itself, so another website cannot act as you. ## What SeeBuyGet keeps in your browser - Your sign-in, until you sign out or close the tab. - Which SeeBuyGet accounts signed in on this phone, and the phone number or email address used, to fill in the next sign-in. - This phone’s key for your SeeBuyGet PIN: without it, the PIN does not work here. - A copy of what the app last showed you, so it opens without signal. - Work waiting for signal — a hand-over or a photo taken offline — until it is sent. - For a SeeBuyGet driver: the consignment notes of the loads on board, and the route of the shift. - In the SeeBuyGet Send app: your last five tracking keys, and the contacts you invited. - Your choices: language, map or plan, light or dark help, the tips you closed, and whether you were asked about notifications. - A random number for this browser, sent when a shop signs up, so SeeBuyGet knows the shop’s own phone. - The SeeBuyGet app itself — its pages, styles, fonts and pictures — so it opens fast and without signal. None of your data is in it. ## Signing out, and removing it all - Signing out of a SeeBuyGet app ends your sign-in, and forgets a driver’s consignment notes on that phone. - Some things stay after signing out: the number or email to fill in next time, this phone’s PIN key, the copy of what the app last showed, a driver’s route, the Send app’s contacts, and anything still waiting for signal. - On a phone that is not yours, choose “Settings › Phones and browsers › Sign out, and forget this one”: your SeeBuyGet PIN no longer works there. - To remove everything SeeBuyGet keeps in your browser, clear the site data for seebuyget.com in your browser’s settings — once nothing is waiting for signal, or that work is lost. ## Maps - The map pictures in SeeBuyGet apps come from OpenStreetMap: loading them tells OpenStreetMap your internet address and the area on the screen. Without signal, the app draws its own plan instead. ## When this page changes - Every version of this page is kept, with its date and what changed. When a new version is published, you are told in your SeeBuyGet app. Write to us about your data --- # Get back in, or change your phone number Fleet appDriver appSend app Your account is your phone number. Settings is where you keep your recovery email and move the account to a new number. “Help”, at the bottom of the sign-in screen, opens “Trouble signing in?”: the way back when the number is gone. ## Steps - Open Settings. Driver and Fleet app: tap your picture, then Settings. Send app: Account › Settings. - Recovery email: type the address and tap “Send a code to this address”. Type the code from the email, then your PIN. - New phone number, and you know your PIN: Settings › Phone number. Type the new number, type the code we text to it, then your PIN. You are signed out everywhere; sign in with the new number and the same PIN. - Lost your number and forgot your PIN: on the sign-in screen tap Help › I no longer have my number. A code goes to your recovery email. Type your new number and choose a new PIN. - Somebody changed your number and it was not you: within 24 hours, on the sign-in screen, tap Help › Undo a number change. Use the old number with the PIN as it was, or a code to your email. Note: Lost only the handset? Nothing is lost. Put your number in the new phone and sign in with the same number and PIN: the new phone asks for a code to your number once, and then your PIN works on it. Note: Drivers and shops are also asked for the national ID number they registered with when they get back in by email. Note: After a number change the old number is kept for you for 24 hours. After that it is free for a new person. Careful: Undoing a number change locks the PIN. Use the forgot-PIN link on the sign-in screen to choose a new one. Careful: If somebody asks staff to move YOUR account, you are told at once, in the app and by email, and Settings shows it with a button: It was not me: stop it. Signing in with your PIN stops it too. Then change your PIN. If an account is moved all the same, it can be undone for 24 hours with the old number and the PIN as it was. Note: Your parcels belong to your account, not to your phone number. When your account moves to a new number, every parcel sent to or from the old number so far comes with it, with its collection code. For seven days after the move a parcel sent to the old number still reaches you, and nobody else can open an account on that number. Note: In those seven days, give your new number to the people and the stores that send to you. When they have it, open Settings and choose “Block my old number”, with your PIN: from then a parcel sent to it is no longer yours. We remind you once a day. If you do nothing, the old number is let go after seven days. It cannot be blocked in the first 24 hours, while the change can still be undone. Note: After your number changes, your PIN works on the phone or browser you changed it on. Every other one asks for a code to the new number first. Careful: We write to your recovery email, and tell you in the app, whenever your PIN is replaced or starts working on a new phone or browser. If it was not you, replace your PIN straight away: that shuts out every other phone and browser. Note: Settings › Phones and browsers shows every phone and browser your PIN works on, with when each was confirmed and last used. “Forget all the others” asks for your PIN and signs you out everywhere; each of the others then needs a code to your number before your PIN works there again. On a phone or a computer that is not yours, use “Sign out, and forget this one”. **Why** A first PIN cannot be chosen without a recovery email. We write to it when your PIN is locked and when your phone number changes. Somebody who signs up with a number another account used to have sees none of that account’s parcels, orders or invitations: only what is sent to the number from then on. For 24 hours after any number change you cannot give a parcel up or name somebody else to collect it: those two cannot be taken back. When a number change is undone, the collection codes of your parcels are changed, so whoever had the account in between holds codes that open nothing. **Rare cases** If email to your recovery address comes back undelivered, Settings says so under Recovery email, and we stop writing to that address. To keep the same address, open Recovery email, enter it, send the code and type in the code you receive: that proves it works again. Or enter another address. No number, no PIN and no recovery email you can read? Two members of SeeBuyGet staff can move your account. On the sign-in screen choose Help › Ask SeeBuyGet staff to move my account. Enter the number your account is on, confirm your new number with the code sent to it, and write down the reference you are given. Then speak to staff and give them the reference: they check who you are. To see what became of it, choose Help › I already asked staff on the sign-in screen, and enter your reference. When it says your account was moved, sign in with the new number: choose “Forgot your PIN?”, enter the code, and choose a new PIN. A request waits two weeks, then lapses. Could not register as a driver or a shop because your national ID is already registered? Check the number first: one wrong digit is the usual reason. If it is right, somebody else is using your number. On any sign-in screen choose Help › Somebody else registered with my national ID — in the Business app, “Trouble signing in?” instead of Help. Confirm your phone number, and you are given a reference. Write the reference on paper. Take three photographs: yourself holding your ID card under your chin with the paper beside it, then the front of the card close up, then the back. Somebody else may take them for you. Look at each one before you send it: if you cannot read the number, staff cannot either. Only the two members of staff who decide see them, and they are deleted 30 days after the decision. If somebody says the ID on YOUR registration is theirs, you are told in the app and by email, and Settings shows it. You have a week. Either send the same three photographs with your own reference, or, if the number on your record was simply mistyped, put the right one there: that ends it at once and nothing else changes for you. Two members of staff decide from the photographs. If the ID goes to the other person, your account is not removed: your driver or shop registration is held. You finish what you have in hand and start nothing new until you put the number of your own ID card on record, in Settings. If you do not accept the decision, you have two weeks to choose a day to come in, from the days the office for your country receives visitors. Where the office gives each visitor an hour, you choose the hour too; an hour that is full is not offered. You are given a ticket that says where, when and what to bring. The day before an appointment you are reminded, in the app and by email: when, where, and what to bring. Bring your ID card itself, not a copy; the phone you use with SeeBuyGet; your reference; and a second document in your name if you have one. If you have no SeeBuyGet account, no reminder can reach you: write the day down. If your account was moved without your PIN, by a code to your email or by SeeBuyGet staff, the collection codes of your parcels are changed and are hidden for 24 hours after the move. The parcel screen says from when the code shows. The free collection time of a waiting parcel does not run out in those hours. If the app says it could not send the code, nothing is wrong with your number and nothing was counted against you. Wait a little and ask for the code again. Back to top ↑ --- # How SeeBuyGet checks a business Business app A business works from the moment it is set up. It is shown to others — a public page, a place in the agent finder — once two members of SeeBuyGet staff have checked it. ## Steps - Signing up, straight after the business is saved: its registration certificate, then the ID of the person speaking for it — each by “Take a photo” or “Choose a photo or PDF” — then “Ask SeeBuyGet to check us”. Each of them can wait. - Left for later? The start screen keeps “SeeBuyGet’s check”: the same two buttons for each paper, then “Ask SeeBuyGet to check us”. - Refused? The business reads the reason in its app and by email, puts it right, and asks again. Note: Changing the business’s name or registration number puts it back to not checked: those are what was checked. Note: The ID of the person speaking for the business is deleted the moment staff verify or refuse it. The registration certificate is kept: it is the business’s record. Note: “Take a photo” opens the phone’s own camera: lay the paper flat, in good light, with all four corners in view. A photo is made smaller on the phone before it is sent; a PDF can be up to 8 MB. At a desk, both buttons open the computer’s files. Back to top ↑ --- # Sign in to the Business app Business app Everyone in a business signs in as themselves, with their own phone number and PIN — the same PIN as in any SeeBuyGet app. ## Steps - Open the Business app from the front page: Sign in › A business. - Type your phone number and your 5-digit PIN. New here, or forgot your PIN? Tap “New here? Sign up” or “Forgot your PIN?”: we send a code to your phone first. - A phone or browser you have not signed in on before, or have not used for 90 days, asks for a code first: we send it to your number, you type it once, and from then on your PIN works there. Your PIN is not changed by it. - The first time, sign up your business, one step to a screen: the business (its registered name, country and registration number), what it does, and you. Then it is saved, with you as its owner, and it works. Next come its registration certificate and your ID, each by “Take a photo” or “Choose a photo or PDF”, and the ask for SeeBuyGet’s check: any of them can wait for the start screen. - In more than one business? Pick one. Switch business, in the menu under your name, takes you back to the list. Note: New here? Have this phone with you, and an email address you can open now: the first time, a code is sent to it too. The bar at the top of the screen names the step you are on and the one after it — tap it to see them all: your phone number, the code, your PIN, and your email address. Note: Turned on “Unlock with fingerprint or face” on this phone? The sign-in screen offers it first, and “Use my PIN instead” is one tap away. Changing your PIN turns it off on every phone. Back to top ↑ --- # Sign in to the Driver app Driver app Use the phone number you signed up with, or the one your fleet registered for you, and your 5-digit PIN. Your driver ID alone does not sign you in. ## Steps - Type your phone number and PIN, and tap Sign in. - A phone or browser you have not signed in on before, or have not used for 90 days, asks for a code first: we send it to your number, you type it once, and from then on your PIN works there. Your PIN is not changed by it. - Forgot your PIN, or have none yet? Tap “Forgot your PIN?”. We send a code to your phone; type it, then choose a PIN. The first time, you also add a recovery email. - The app says “This phone is not registered to a driver”? Your PIN is fine. Check the number you signed up with, or ask your fleet manager which number they registered. Not signed up yet? Tap “New here? Sign up”. Careful: Five wrong PINs lock the PIN. Only a code sent to your phone opens it again, and you are told when it happens. Careful: Signing in on another phone signs this one out. If you are signed out and it was not you, choose a new PIN. Note: Turned on “Unlock with fingerprint or face” on this phone? The sign-in screen offers it first, and “Use my PIN instead” is one tap away. Changing your PIN turns it off on every phone. **Why** Starting a shift asks for your PIN again, so nobody can start one on a phone you left signed in. Your PIN opens your account only on a phone or browser that has shown it holds your number. Nobody can try your PIN from anywhere else. **Rare cases** Replacing a forgotten PIN on a phone or browser you have not signed in on before asks for two codes: the one to your number, and one to the recovery email on your account. Type that email address and we send it a code. On a phone you have signed in on before, the code to your number is enough. If the app says it could not send the code, nothing is wrong with your number and nothing was counted against you. Wait a little and ask for the code again. Back to top ↑ --- # How the electronic consignment note works Business appShop appDriver appFleet appStore app Every load carries its consignment note electronically. Using it, the sender, the carrier and the receiver agree to these procedures: how it is made out and handed over, how it stays as signed, who reads it, how delivery is confirmed, how it is added to, and how it is replaced by paper. ## Steps - Made out and handed over: the sender confirms the note by posting the load, from its own sign-in. The carrier confirms it at taking over, after the load-safety check, from the driver’s own phone. Each party opens it in its own app, and the sender is emailed a link to it when the goods are delivered. - Kept as signed: at every signature and every remark — taking over, a reload, a seal changed, delivery, a refusal, a claim — the note is frozen as a new copy with a fingerprint of its own. A frozen copy is never changed. Anybody can check a printed copy against its fingerprint, at the address printed at its foot. - Who reads it: the sender and the carrier — the driver and the driver’s fleet — read the whole note, by their own sign-in; a load number alone opens nothing. The business the goods are delivered to reads the receiver’s copy, without the carriage price unless the carriage is theirs to pay. - Delivery confirmed: at the door the driver records the receiver’s name, a photo of the goods as delivered, and anything the receiver found not as the note says, written beside their name. That confirmation is frozen into a new copy. - Added to, never rewritten: a later instruction from the sender is added with its date, and the carrier’s reservations are added where they arise. Each addition is a new copy; the earlier copies stay readable as they were. - Replaced by paper when paper is asked for: print the note from the app. On paper it asks which original it is — the sender’s, the one that travels with the goods, or the carrier’s — and has a line under each confirmation for a signature by hand. Its fingerprint ties it to the electronic copy it was printed from. Note: An electronic note stands as the CMR note only between countries that are parties to the e-CMR Protocol of 2008 — today mostly in Europe, none in Africa. Elsewhere it is the record the parties agreed, and a printed note signed by hand is made from it where one is asked for. **Why** Which law: the note says which law the carriage is under, from where the goods are taken over and where they are delivered — the CMR when either country is a party to it, the Northern Corridor’s road protocol between its member states, and otherwise its contract and the national law that governs it. Back to top ↑ --- # Sign in to the Fleet app Fleet app Your own phone number and PIN open the Fleet app. If you manage more than one fleet, you choose which to open. ## Steps - Type your phone number and your 5-digit PIN, and tap “Sign in”. - One fleet opens at once. If you manage more than one, pick it from the list. A fleet you signed up yourself opens once SeeBuyGet has checked its papers and recorded its bond; until then the list says where it stands. - Have your company’s sign-in code (it looks like FM-1A2B3C)? Tap “Have a fleet code? Use it” and type it: the app shows the company name, then asks for your phone and PIN. Careful: Five wrong PINs lock the PIN until you verify your phone by code and choose a new one. Anybody who manages the fleet can see the code in the app. Note: Turned on “Unlock with fingerprint or face” on this phone? The sign-in screen offers it first, and “Use my PIN instead” is one tap away. Changing your PIN turns it off on every phone. **Why** Your PIN opens your account only on a phone or browser that has shown it holds your number. Nobody can try your PIN from anywhere else. Back to top ↑ --- # Follow a parcel you bought from a shop Send appStore app We do not text you about a parcel. Sign up with the phone number you gave the shop, and the parcel shows in your account. ## Steps - On the shop’s page, once you have the delivery price, tap “Sign up to follow it”. It opens the Send app in a new tab; your checkout stays where it is. - Type your phone number — the same one you give the shop — then the code we send you, and choose a 5-digit PIN. The first time, you also add a recovery email. - Open My parcels. When the shop has sent your parcel it is there: where it is now, when it is ready, and the code to show at the counter. Note: It does not matter which comes first. Sign up before the shop sends it and it appears when they do; sign up afterwards and it is already waiting. Note: Nothing there? Check which number the shop has for you. A parcel sent to another number is in the account on that number, not in yours. **Why** For a store: the invitation is part of the shipping widget and appears under the price by itself. It works because your shipment carries the buyer’s mobile number. Back to top ↑ --- # Send your hub’s papers for approval Hub app A hub that signs itself up takes no bags in and sorts nothing, and nothing is routed to it, until SeeBuyGet has seen three things: the ID of the person who answers for the hub, its trading licence and a photo of the premises. You send them from the Hub app, and it tells you where you stand. ## Steps - Sign in to the Hub app as the hub. While it is not approved, the home screen says Send your papers to be approved, where the floor would be. - Press Send the hub’s papers. Photograph the ID, the trading licence and the hub from outside with its entrance, one after the other. Take each in good light, with every corner in the picture. - When all three say Photo saved, press Send to SeeBuyGet. The screen then says Your papers are with SeeBuyGet. There is nothing more for you to do while they are read. - If something is wrong with them, the screen says Your papers were not accepted and shows what SeeBuyGet wrote. Put that right and press Send them again. - When the hub is approved you are told, and the floor opens: drop a bag, sort, bags out. Note: Only SeeBuyGet staff see these photographs. Note: The owner sends them, signed in as the hub. The people who work its floor cannot send them, and nobody can send them for you. Note: The photo of the ID is deleted the moment SeeBuyGet staff approve or refuse the hub. The trading licence and the photo of the premises are kept: they are the hub’s record. Back to top ↑ --- # Report a problem with a parcel Send appShop appStore app Broken, opened or wrong goods are reported with a photograph: by the receiver from the Send app, or by the shop at its counter. SeeBuyGet does not judge a claim or pay one. It makes a damage claim report on the spot — the record of who held the parcel and when, with the photographs — for the claimant to hand to an insurer. ## Steps - Send app, after collecting: My parcels, open the parcel, Got your parcel? › Report a problem. Say what is wrong and add a photograph. The parcel stays “Delivered”, and a “Damage claim report” appears on it. - Shop app, at the counter, before handing over: Hand over a parcel › Report a problem instead. Say what is wrong and take a photograph. The report is made at once, the parcel stays in its slot, and it can still be handed over: the customer decides whether to take it. - On the parcel in the Send app, the receiver has three things under “Damage claim report”: “Read the report”; “Download the report and its photographs”, which is the copy to keep; and “Make a link to pass on”, for an insurer, the sender or the store. A link opens the report with nobody signed in, works for 30 days, and can be stopped there at any time. - The receiver and the sender each get a notice. A shop that reported it gets a notice naming the slot the parcel is in. SeeBuyGet staff see every report made and can download one; they decide nothing on it. - Store app: a report on one of your orders is listed under Orders, and opens the order, where the report is with the same three things. Under My store › What the buyer pays › Change, name your insurer and their email address for claims: every report on one of your shipments is then emailed there as a link, the moment it is made, and the list says where each went. Note: The report is the receiver’s to pass on, and a copy is the sender’s: the sender finds it on the parcel in their own Send app — to read, to download, and to pass on with a link of their own — and is told when it is made. A store reads the report on its own order. Note: One parcel has one report, and after the parcel is handed over it does not change: that is where the network’s part ended. What the receiver finds afterwards — goods broken inside a box that arrived whole — is added under “Found something after it was handed over?” as a dated note beside the report, with a photograph if they have one. Each note has its own fingerprint, is in the file and in every link, and says it is outside SeeBuyGet’s jurisdiction: how goods were packed is for the sender to answer. The sender is told a note was added. Note: Nobody is texted about a report or its outcome. Somebody without the Send app reads it on the parcel the day they sign in with the number the parcel was addressed to. Note: The email to an insurer carries a link, never the file: it opens the report for whoever holds the email, for thirty days, and the store sees that link on the report and can stop it. **Why** A store’s order is made only with a photograph of what is in the box, which the store keeps: it is on the order under Orders, and in the report as the “before” the problem is set against. Every photograph in a report is one SeeBuyGet holds, taken by whoever did that step — the shop at its counter, the driver on the load, the receiver in the Send app — for that step alone. A step whose photo did not reach us is refused, and says so, so the photo is taken again while it still can be; with no signal, the app keeps the photo and sends it before the step. The report says what the record held when the problem was reported: the parcel as it was made, every hand it passed through and when, each recorded step with its fingerprint, the photographs, and the terms it travelled under. It names shops and carriers as companies, never a person, and it carries a fingerprint of its own so two copies can be compared. A company that carries parcels pays a claim from its own books only where it has stated cover, and no company can state cover yet. Where one has, a claim waits under Damage claims for staff to decide, with a written reason, up to the cover stated. Back to top ↑ --- # Sign in to the Send app Send app You do not need to sign in to get a price or track a parcel. To send, sign in with your phone and a PIN you choose. ## Steps - New here: type your phone number, type the code we send you, then choose a 5-digit PIN. - Coming back: tap “I already have an account” and type your phone and PIN. - A phone or browser you have not signed in on before, or have not used for 90 days, asks for a code first: we send it to your number, you type it once, and from then on your PIN works there. Your PIN is not changed by it. - Forgot your PIN? Sign in with a code again, and choose a new PIN. On a phone or browser that is new to your account we also ask for your recovery email, and send it a code. - If the app says it could not send the code, nothing is wrong with your number and nothing was counted against you. Wait a little and ask for the code again. Note: Turned on “Unlock with fingerprint or face” on this phone? The sign-in screen offers it first, and “Use my PIN instead” is one tap away. Changing your PIN turns it off on every phone. Back to top ↑ --- # Send your shop’s papers for approval Shop app A new shop cannot take parcels until SeeBuyGet has seen three things: your ID, your trading licence and a photo of your shop. You send them from the Shop app, and it tells you where you stand. ## Steps - Sign in to the Shop app. While your shop is not approved, the home screen says Send your papers to be approved. - Press Send my papers. Photograph your ID, your trading licence and the front of your shop, one after the other. - When your shop is approved the screen says so. Pay in to your float, and you can take your first parcel. Note: Only SeeBuyGet staff see these photographs. Note: A photograph must be one you take or pick in the app at that moment. Papers cannot be sent for you by anybody else. Note: The photo of your ID is deleted the moment SeeBuyGet staff approve or refuse your shop. The trading licence and the photo of your shop are kept: they are the shop’s record. Back to top ↑ --- # Sign in to the Shop or Hub app Shop appHub app Sign in with the email and password you chose when you signed up. ## Steps - Type your email and password, and tap Sign in. - Forgot it? Tap “Forgot your password?”. A reset code is sent to your email; type it with a new password. - Five wrong passwords lock your sign-in for 15 minutes, and for longer each time it happens again: an hour, six hours, then a day. While it is locked nobody gets in, not even with the right password. You get an email saying so. “Forgot your password?” opens it at once: the code comes to your email, so only you can use it. - A sign-in lasts a working day. After that the app asks for your password again. - The sign-in works only on the shop’s or the hub’s own phones and browsers. On a new one, a code goes to its number: type it there once, and that phone or browser is the shop’s or the hub’s from then on. A password that is passed round opens nothing anywhere else. - A hub made before hubs were tied to their phones is asked for its number at its next sign-in. The code goes to that number first, and the number is kept only once the code has been typed. - To see the phones and browsers it works on, or to forget all the others: the round button at the top, then Settings › Phones and browsers. Forgetting them asks for the password. Note: Turned on “Unlock with fingerprint or face” on this phone? The sign-in screen offers it first, and “Use my password instead” is one tap away. Changing the password turns it off on every phone. Back to top ↑ --- # Sign up as a shop, a sort hub, a driver, a fleet or a store Shop appHub appDriver appFleet appStore app Signing up takes a few minutes on the front page, from your own phone. You choose what you are, confirm your phone number with a code, and answer a few questions. How your app signs in afterwards depends on what you are. ## Steps - On the front page, tap “Sign up” and choose what you are: “A shop”, “A sort hub”, “A driver”, “An online store” or “A fleet office”. - A bar pinned at the top says what you are signing up as, which step you are on of how many, and the next step by name. Tap the bar to see every step. The first step says what to have ready. - Type the phone number you use every day, and tap “Send me the code”. Type the code that comes to that phone, to show the number is yours. - Say who you are, or what your place is called, and where it is: a shop or a sort hub drops a pin on the map, a driver chooses the area they start from, and a fleet pins its depot. A store has no map to fill in. - Say how you will sign in. A shop, a sort hub and a store choose an email address and a password: their app signs in with those, and the phone number confirms each new phone or browser with a code. A driver and a fleet choose a 5-digit PIN, and add a recovery email the first time: their app opens with the phone number and that PIN. - At “You are signed up”, the screen says what happens next, with a button that opens your app. Note: A shop: have your ID number, the shop’s trading licence number and its opening hours, and an email address and password for the shop’s account. Once signed up, send the shop’s papers from the Shop app — your ID, the trading licence and a photo of the shop — before it takes its first parcel. Note: A sort hub: have an email address and a password for the hub’s account, know where the hub is, and say its space under “Your hub’s space”: how many bags can stand on its floor at once and how many parcels it sorts in a day — when it is full, new bags go to another hub or wait where they are, and a driver who brings bags is never turned away. Once signed up, send its papers from the Hub app — an ID, the trading licence and a photo of the hub — before it takes its first bag. Note: A driver: have your ID number. On a motorcycle or anything larger, also your driving licence — its number, its expiry date and a photo of it — and a photo of your ID card: staff check them before your first load, and the photos are deleted once they have decided. A bicycle rider sends no papers. Note: A fleet office: sign up with the phone of the person who runs the fleet. Have the company’s registration, operator’s licence and tax numbers, and a photo of four papers: the certificate of registration, the operator’s licence, the owner’s ID and a proof of address. The fleet opens once SeeBuyGet has checked its papers and recorded its bond. Note: An online store: have an email address and a password for the store’s account, and the store’s phone number. Once it is signed up, the store’s ID and its signing secret are shown once: the secret is for your shop system, and signs nobody in. Careful: Choose the country you are really in: its SeeBuyGet company is the one that pays you. Where SeeBuyGet is not open yet, the sign-up says so, and you can leave a message instead. Note: In the bar at the bottom of the screen, “Back” returns to the step before, “Help” opens the help about joining, and Read aloud reads the step out where the phone can speak. **Why** Why a code to your phone first: it shows the number is yours before anything is made with it. A shop, a sort hub and a store are later confirmed on each new phone or browser by a code to the same number. **Rare cases** Sending or collecting a parcel needs no sign-up here: the Send app asks for your phone number and a PIN. A business — a shipper, importer, expeditor, clearing agent or yard — sets itself up in the Business app. Back to top ↑ --- # See why a big, light parcel costs more Send appStore appShop app A parcel is priced by its weight or by its size, whichever is more. A big, light box takes room in the bag that nothing else can use, so by its size it counts as heavier than it weighs — and the road part of its price follows what it counts as. Under the price, the Send app and the Store app say which of the two set it. ## Steps - Measure the box from the outside, in centimetres: its length, its width and its height. Weigh it, in kilograms. The Send app and the Store app ask for all four before they show a price. - SeeBuyGet works out what the box counts as by its size: length × width × height, divided by 7,875. A box of 45 × 35 × 25 cm counts as 5 kg. - The price is set by whichever is more: what the box weighs, or what it counts as by its size. Under the price it says which — for example: Priced by its size, it counts as 7.6 kg and weighs 6 kg. - The road part of the price is: the kilometres it travels × a driver’s rate per kilometre × what the box counts as, divided by 5. A box that counts as 5 kg pays the rate once for every kilometre; one that counts as 7.6 kg, 1.52 times; one that counts as 2 kg, 0.4 times. The fees of the shops and any hub on the way are the same whatever its size. Note: An example: a box of 50 × 40 × 30 cm counts as 7.6 kg by its size. If it weighs 6 kg it is priced as 7.6 kg; if it weighs 9 kg, as 9 kg. Note: At a shop counter a parcel is not measured: the shop picks its size — small, medium, large or heavy — and the price is that size’s. Measure it yourself in the Send app, and a smaller box costs less. Note: The rate per kilometre is set by each driver for their own vehicle: what a 5 kg medium box pays to travel one kilometre. The price is worked out from the rates of the vehicles that can carry the parcel, near the shop it starts from when that is asked. The Send app’s price and the Store app’s Cheapest use the cheapest of those rates; the Store app’s Fastest uses the dearest, so any of those vehicles may take it. Where no driver has set a rate yet, the company’s own road rate is used. The driver who carries the bag is paid the kilometres × their own rate × what the parcels in it were charged as — the same count, so nobody is paid for room that was not charged. **Why** Why 7,875: it is the weight SeeBuyGet’s own medium size allows for its room — 45 × 35 × 25 cm, up to 5 kg — so a medium box counts the same by its size as by its weight. Many carriers divide by 5,000 or 6,000, which makes the same box count as heavier. **Rare cases** A parcel is never charged more than a whole bag, the most one parcel can take on the network; its price then says it is priced as a whole bag. A box too big for a bag is not a parcel: it goes as a load, priced by the vehicle that carries it. Back to top ↑ --- # Sign in to the Store app Store app Sign in with your store’s email and password. You chose them when you created the store. ## Steps - Type the email and the password. The password is never kept on the device: when the sign-in ends, you type it again. - The sign-in works only on the store’s own phones and browsers. On a new one, a code goes to the store’s number: type it there once, and that one is the store’s from then on. The phone or browser the store was created on is its first. - Creating a store asks for its phone number, checked by a code before the store is made: that is the number new phones and browsers are confirmed with. A store made before this is asked for one at its next sign-in. - To see the phones and browsers it works on, or to forget all the others: Settings › Phones and browsers. - Forgot the password? Choose “Forgot your password?”. A code goes to your store’s email address and works for 30 minutes; type it with a new password. - Five wrong passwords lock your sign-in for 15 minutes, and for longer each time it happens again: an hour, six hours, then a day. While it is locked nobody gets in, not even with the right password. You get an email saying so. “Forgot your password?” opens it at once. - To change the password: Settings › Change password. Every device signed in to your store is signed out, except the one you changed it on. - A password is 8 characters or more, and cannot be one that is easy to guess: a common word with a number on the end, your own name or email address, only digits, or a run like 12345678. - A store created before stores had an email and password: choose “My store has no email and password yet”, and sign in with the store ID and signing secret one last time. The app then asks you to set them up, on every screen until you have. - Once your store has an email and password, the signing secret no longer signs anybody in. It is only for your shop system. Note: Turned on “Unlock with fingerprint or face” on this phone? The sign-in screen offers it first, and “Use my password instead” is one tap away. Changing the password turns it off on every phone. The app reminds you. Careful: Changing any of them signs out the other devices it had opened.
